Really Rude! I had shoes I wore for one day indoors with a small walk between offices and they hurt a lot! So I went in to see what we could do. Got cursed at for wearing them (how else do I know they hurt like that - i wore them inside as normal but walked on a road/path as I rushed to a meeting... i know that voids my ability for an easy return yes) and then told I spent a lot of time and inconvenienced them when choosing them (15 mins max...). And it got worse from there. The immediate change in service once I parted with heaps of $$ wash. I just wanted to explore what we could do. But I saw red when they spoke to me like that. After promises that if anything went wrong to bring them back. I don't normally complain... but really felt it was uncalled for and appalling way to talk to me. Shame as I planned on buying more shoes soon - maybe another pair for work and a casual pair.
