I was so disappointed with this Salon. I made an appointment with the top stylist as I just wanted a good cut. When I arrived they took me straight to shampoo and I had to ask to speak to the stylist before my hair was wet, to discuss what I want (as Ive never been there before) to see how my hair sits etc. Stylist seemed very ininterested and told me would just take an inch off and fix my layers. Stylist clearly didn't listen to anything I said and absolutely butchered my hair!! I have lost about 3-4 inches off the length and my layers are SO short it will take me months to grow out! This is the worst haircut I have ever had - its the wrong shape, its NOT what I asked for, it doesn't sit right and the layers are terrible (especially since I told stylist I have naturally curly hair) Will never go back to this Salon and to make matters worse the price was $120!!!!!!!!
Hi Not happy1000. We are terribly sorry to hear of your experiences and if we were at all at fault would like to compensate you, however, can we just ensure that you indeed have the right salon. Not to doubt you but there is a common misconception that our salon is combined with Wieselmann Salons. We are MARK Wieselmann salon- and completely seperate to them. We would just like to confirm as that doesn't sound like our staff nor does it sound like our prices. If you can recall your stylists name or the address you visited we can establish if it was us and will welcome you back into our doors to please allow us an opportunity to fix the problem. Been going to this salon for years! Love the people! Love the environment. It's very professional and I am always made to feel like a celebrity... Speaking of celebrities I have met many a-listers there. If your from the area it's where everyone goes and I'd recommend it to anyone. All of the staff are heavily experienced and I couldn't count the compliments I get on my hair. They also have a really good spray tanning service (I tried it recently and the colour was really natural!) and waxing, makeup and nails... Big thumbs up from me! :)
