We are the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioning Warranty Service Centre in the greater Sydney area and we specialise in the service of all types of air conditioning equipment with over 60 years combined experience in the industry.

Have dealt with them a few times because they are the authorised company to repair the air con in my apt. Their technican had visited my apt a few times and the recent one happened in December 16 and I had paid over $1000 until their technican had eventually found out the cause of the problem and fixed it. However, the same issue kept recurring depsite their manager insisted that the issue had been fixed entirely. Very annoying and dissatisfying with the quality of their service and expenise call outs.

We love these guys. We had some other company come and service our air con a couple of years ago. A week or so later these guys came to our house for a warranty job. They looked at the unit and couldn't believe that the units had just been serviced. Even the filter was filthy! So we got them to service all our units there and then.
Flip forward a couple of years and we go straight to Marshall yesterday. They come the next day. Polite. Prompt. Not expensive. Do a great job.
Highly recommended.
Extremely poor service. They came and did an assessment on my domestic unit and charged me $215 for the privilege. That was in December of last year. Have not heard from them since.
