A truely poor service. After paying hundreds of dollars for my battery to be replaced, I then had to pay hundreds more just a month later as it wasn't installed properly by marshalls. My car died one morning and I had to pay $100 in an uber fee to get to work and then an addtional $150 to call out RACV because I thought something really sinister has happened to my car.
RACV looked at my car and said Marshall's had simply neglected to screw in my new battery. It took two seconds for the RACV man to see what had happened. And just like that my car was back up and running. It's really upsetting when you pay for a service and see just one month later that the service you paid for hasn't been performed.
