Marshalls Concreting

Cody started out good......until he rushed the finishing of the job (even though he was told we were not in a hurry to get it done). Colour is blotchy, uneven & has parts that have had no coating at all even though we paid extra to get a second coat. Has not cut in around the edges, has splashed paint onto garage and main house door. Has left a pile of cut concrete that he agreed to remove on the footpath. Was paid upfront to do the job and now there is a problem promises to come over to discuss the problem and is now ignoring emails and calls. Doesn't understand or follow the instructions of the products that he is using.
