Avoid like the plague. They are not returning our bond. Have just decided to hold onto our bond and apparently many others as well without any cause at all.

I dont even think they are operating any longer as no-one even picks up the phone there but from our expereince, avoid like the plague.

Didn't have a great experience with this company. They reduced my bond refund for things that should have been covered as part of the general cleaning of the property. Ie: I was charged $100 for wiping down a fridge. Generally difficult to deal with and for the money they make (cost me over $2k for 3 nights) they are not too focused on client satisfaction! Look elsewhere.
