Poor installation of our brand new air conditioning system caused our unit to ice up and drip water. They were given many opportunities to fix the problem but instead kept putting us off and on one occasion told my husband to blow on the external pipe..Pathetic!!! After several phone calls to them they eventually come but didn't bring any tools! We were left with no option but to contact another air conditioning company who fixed the problem and told us it was an installation problem. We had to pay an additional $312.40 because of them!!!
Poor workmanship and unreliable!!!
