Founded in 2014, Martin Project Homes offers Newcastle and Maitland building design, new homes and custom homes as a project home builder with a stellar track record. A sister company of established Maitland builder Martin Building Services, our staff have honed their skills to deliver home designs and custom homes over the past 15 years.

Our aim is simple - we want to provide the benefits of modern, bespoke housing without the additional cost, helping people afford new homes around Newcastle and the Hunter. Our what-you-see-is-what-you-get approach means that unlike many other display homes in Newcastle, we know the area and ensure no nasty surprises when you walk into your new home.
