Friendly when they quote for the job ! That's where the service ends ...doesn't return calls , after the repair on our stove oven smelt like electrical wires burning , LED clock stopped working and oven wouldn't work. They Quoted $150 more to repair clock + labour, became angry and rude and walked out of our house mumbling expletives when I explained that I did not think that this was reasonable.I Called the manufacturer who gave me the contact number of (another repairs )friendly prompt came next day at the time agreed ,I explained the problem looked @ stove,found that Martins Appliance repairs had tied off wires that they couldn't remember where they went, or where they have lost a wire reassembling the stove .
