Martin's Plaza Asian Grocery

Be very careful to this shop, we have are groceries here yesterday and we didn't not buy any kind of meat and when we got home, I check the invoice and they charged me $31.80 literally just said meat. Other shop will tell you if the price is for pork bell or tbone. Just be careful or go somewhere else

This is the only shop with worst customer service I have ever experienced. Especially one middle aged lady with white hair, she totally disrespects the customers. She insulted me and my husband by shouting at us and said " I don't care about you". This is just for a simple thing like cleaning the fish which they were not supposed to. She scolded the workers in a very bad manner infront of us and many other customers which was indirectly like insulting us. Products are good but customer service is worse.

Very disappointing experience from one of the shop owners (Chinese or Vietnamese). The behaviour with customer must be pleasing and polite, instead she (around 40-45 yo lady with white hair) talk so rudely and shouted. I wanted to complain this to Police, but somehow made myself calm. I felt very bad as this happened in a customer respecting country. She also said “ I don’t care about you “, which was an insult to me, in fact for all customers. Shame on that lady.

This Asian grocers has quite a variety and different brands of Asian products. The shop space isn't that big and the floor space, well there's not much of it. There's always lots of boxes on the floor and in the aisles, it's a tight squeeze most days, especially with the amount of people that come in, this place always seems so busy.

Customer service isn't good actually it's horrible unless your same race as the people in the grocery. But asian products are very good it's a one stop shop asian grocery highly recommended for their products and items for sale.
