Get in touch with wildlife at Maru!Maru is a family owned and operated tourist attraction on the main highway at Grantville, not far from Phillip Island. Winner of Business of the Year for Bass Coast and the Gippsland Region in 2013 The venue includes:
ANIMAL PARK: featuring koalas, kangaroos and wallabies including rare albinos, Tasmanian Devils, wombats and other native animals, regular keeper presentations and wildlife and sheep shearing shows in our auditorium
PIRATE PETE'S MINI-GOLF: 18 holes of fun and adventure as you putt your way around the Princess Caribbean pirate shit and life-size pirate figures
HOMESTEAD BISTRO: a range of in-house freshly made food from light snacks and gourmet pizza's through to full meals, function catering available, fully licensed

Lots of fun! Small park, but nice to walk around and see all the animals. They have all sorts of Australian animals and some farm animals, too. Buy some cheap food to hand feed the kangaroos. The staff are really knowlegeable and there are talks throughout the day about the various animals.
