Marumo has something of a cult following in Perth and books out 3 months in advance. If luck favours you, then you will join a handful of other delighted customers for a 7 course Japanese omakase (chef's choice) set menu dinner for $60.
Our first course was a ball of silky egg tofu with tender chicken hidden inside, topped with fried leeks. I loved the warm savoury sauce.
