Mary K Floral Design

My brother sent me flowers from this shop and they were awful. They left the flowers outside our house on a boiling hot day without checking when we would be home. When we got home after a weekend away the flowers were dead and they were so rude about it. When we have been in a similar situation with other florists they have replaced the flowers. These people wouldn’t have a bar of it.

We live locally and pass this shop often. The The shop display looks great but I think it depends on which florist you get. The service we got felt inexperienced and stingy. We got a young assistant in the shop to put together a bunch of flowers for us, gave her a budget and colour tones and she was clueless. She kept asking us to select the flowers we wanted, which was hard for us because we aren't experts and there were no prices marked. We paid extra for foliage, yet only got 4 small twigs of gum leaves which were insect bitten. The bunch was made very small considering we ended up with 20 roses. The bouquet was dripping as we walked away, as there was a bag of water attached under that felt like a bucket. Our bouquet did tip over in the car and a lot more water came pouring out which ruined the paper and soaked our car floor. Prob won't be going there again.

I called from Perth to order flowers for delivery to a Sydney address and wanted to send a lengthy message with the flowers - no space for that on the website - the ladies at Mary K were helpful, pleasant and efficient! And I know the flowers will be beautiful, just by the way they handle their customers!

Having been the lucky recipient of several rose bouquets from Mary K Floral Design, I can vouch for the quality of the roses. Each time, the roses were beautiful, fresh and smelt great. I love the beautiful arrangements with the filler foliage. My roses were delivered with a glass vase and a handwritten card. I was especially grateful for the extra effort made to ensure delivery to the intended recipient. From a recipient point of view, I definitely recommend Mary K as a florist for the special occasion.
