I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a registered provider with Medicare. I have a range of experience in providing psychological therapeutic interventions to children and adults. I am situated in Doreen which is located 36km north east of Melbourne CBD and 10-20 mins from Whittlesea, Wallan, Greensborough, Hurstbridge, Mill Park and Epping.

I provide individual counselling to adults and children. I also work with parents assisting them to develop strategies to manage their children's difficult behaviours. My special interest is dyadic work-that is parent/child relationship work.

I have a range of experience in working with people who have mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, self harming behaviours and suicidal ideations, schizophrenia, psychosis and personality disorders. I have experience in working with adults who have drug and alcohol addiction issues. I also have a breadth of experience in child psychiatry, including working with children who have severe and complex mental health issues and children on the Autism Spectrum.

My primary therapy modality is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; however, I also use a combination of Narrative Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy and Motivational Interviewing. I also have a special interest in attachment and attachment relationships.

In order to claim a significant rebate through Medicare a Referral/GP Mental Health Plan is required from your GP, this will entitle you to 10 sessions.
