Did great work on my car, friendly staff and an easy process to get my car fixed. Definetly would take my car back here again if it was needed.

I doubt jksgakD what he wrote due to myself n others who have had a good job done when their vehicle was repaired.The Manager Brian Porter n staff were always Professinal n Friendly.
I am so glad my Qbe Isurance have them as their approved repairer n directed me to them for my vehicle to be repaired.Keep up the good work.Cheers. Sam

Don't go there! They will ruin your car!!! My car went in for repairs and came back with more issues and damages. They were completely negligent! The dashboard was damaged with spray paint marks, and my window was not working when the vehicle was returned to me, as the battery must have gone flat during repairs. They took no responsibility for damages. I went in to get these issues accessed and Brian was evasive and completely rude. He denied any fault and lied to the Insurance company that i did not show up for my assessment. The behaviour and service by Brian was worse than pathetic and I am appalled with my experience there! My rating is below 0.

Masada prestige were fantastic, customer service 10 out of 10 . Very happy with repairs to my car, I highly recommend using them.
