Just received my online order for mascot kebab. So furious about how they handled the situation. Food was 45 mins late, to what the delivery time was. Delivery driver was lost and had to call for directions. Driver did not apologize for being so late once finally arrived. Then when we open our food it's the wrong order! Had to ring up and ask for a management to finally get "sorry it's busy I will fix it for you." Not going back there for a very long time if ever!
Ordered a takeaway beef kebab and a felafel roll and a slice of pizza. Firstly they forgot the slice of pizza which i notice when picking it up. got home and they have given me a beef kebab instead of the felafel roll so had to drive back a exchange it while the rest of my meal sat at home going cold. NOT even a sorry from the staff, They couldn't have cared less. Sadly this is not the first time they have got my orders wrong. This is the last time i will be going there.
