Adam was recommended to me by a friend and neighbour when I was suffering back and leg pain. Adam was very thorough and clearly explained in assessment and treatment. He gave me confidence and I am recovered. I use the gym for free doing a tailored excercise program . The whole team are so helpful and caring. In fact I will be going to them for a knee injury!!
