Maserati Brisbane

For a luxury card dealership, service is non-existant. In fact, they could learn from just about every other dealership. I have been into the Audi Centre Brisbane at least 3 times in the past year. All 3 times, it took more than 10 minutes for someone to approach me. On the 3rd time, I timed it. 27 minutes for service ! Did I buy a car ? Yes I did, but from the Gold Coast. Poor service like this doesn't deserve my business.

sales person are disrespectful. They seem forget the meaning of "customer service". When I visited their showroom, the sales person purposely ignore me.... I had to approach to ask for help, and the sales person refused to let me inspect vehicle in the showroom.... because it was sold. All I wanted to do is have a look of interior, and I ended up left their show room with nothing, not even any brochure...
