I'm amazed at how a company can somehow be too lazy yet so incredibly overbearing. The agents must think that their job is to be professional cleaners, or they must be just bored from not having enough work. Extreme micromanagement of inspections. They don't care about the condition of the house like broken screens or shoddy paint jobs (or they conveniently ignore it). But if you leave a thin layer of dust on some of your personal furniture and theyll be organising weekly inspections to make sure your belongings are itemised and ordered. If your toothbrush is in the wrong place they'll passively aggressively leave the lights on while you're at work. Absolutely no idea what they're doing. Yearly turnover for the place I'm renting and I see no reason not to keep that turnover going.

The laziest most incompetent 'agents' I have ever come across in my life. No contact or feedback on attempts to lease my property for 8 weeks without my repeated follow up. Refused to put updated photos of the property up that were more recent than the original photos from 10 years ago. Stated it was too much work for them to be out of the office showing prospective tenants through my property and they simply couldn't afford it. Nothing says failing business and poor customer service like that attitude. They lost 4 properties from me as a result of their laziness. Alleged agent Annette Stinkinson was the worst of the lot. They may as well shut their doors and allow people who actually want to be agents, to do their job.

A real estate agent was supposed to show me a property in robsart strSeet,Parkside sa. Agent did not turn up at the decided time at 9 am and failed to even inform me that the inspection is cancelled. They made me stand in cold and rain for 35minutes and didn't care to inform me as well.When I called up the real estate the receptionist over there spoke very rudely that it isn't their duty to inform and I should talk to the concerned person. Agent then called to say that they had informed people on their list but I was not on list without even apologizing.SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
