I understand there are 3 businesses run by the same people: a cafe, a fuschia nursery and an online business which sells fuschias from their website. I can only comment on the latter. The website is full of bugs. When you order there is no confirmation sent or any type of notification. There is no notification or tracking information when the plants are sent. Emails remain unanswered. I ordered almost a week ago and can't get any sense from them as to if my plants have been sent. Luckily I have paid by PayPal and can take action. These people just can't run an online business.
I have now received my plants. They arrived in water sodden cardboard which fell apart on opening. Plants were minuscule...I knew they were tube stock but...one plant had 2 small leaves which had snapped off in the post. I did send an email of complaint but no answer.
