When I went to make a booking for my girlfriend for Valentines Day, the receptionist had trouble understanding English. She even gave me the booking sheet and asked me to write down my details. When I took my girlfriend there for her massage several days later, they did not know about the booking, and expected me to wait for 2 and half hours. I took my girlfriend to another massage place which was cheaper, more welcoming and gave her a nice massage. Also were able to make a basic booking.
I went there ever week for almost 6 months for reflexology until I moved recently. I have also had a back neck and shoulders. The staff are great - especially Stacey, these staff work really hard all day and they are always smiling. I have been there on several occasions when people are rude to them,because they wanted to get in right that second without an appointment, yet they still smile. I always feel relaxed and could stay all day! Thanx for the great service! I'll be back !
I like that you're able to wander by without an appointment and be fitted in if there's a free therapist.
Hubby and I requested a half hour head, neck and shoulder massage for 30mins each for $30 each.
I didn't come away overly relaxed and hubby's therapist wandered away to deal with new customers during his treatment.
Average, but think it could be better if there was more focus.
