Stephen - having a sports and biology background - provides an insider's understanding of minor sport injuries and training related tenderness and tension. He has specialised in treating work and/or stress related tight necks, shoulders and lower backs.
Stephen also uses the gentle technique of Positional Release (a variation of Myofascial Release) on tight neck and shoulder muscles to successfully treat tension-related headaches and some migraines.

I have had a lot of massages in my life and I would regard Stephen as one of the best. He is thorough, understands the body and applies exactly the right pressure in the right places. He asks the right questions to know what to focus on. Every massage he works on something different depending on my mood and what my body needs. I don't feel rushed and I know he takes his time to work on the areas that need it. I would highly recommend Stephen if you want a massage from someone who not only understands anatomy, applies the right pressure and reads the body well, but also someone who cares about what he does and is passionate about his profession.
I found Stephen professional and he knew exactly where the knots were without me having to tell him. He's respectful of client's privacy, his touch is firm and I felt entirely comfortable during the massages.
I sometimes even fall asleep and leave feeling totally relaxed.
He's fixed my headaches and worked on me after a shoulder injury for several months. He got mobility back into shoulder using a variety of innovative techniques.
I've had many massages from different therapists in various countries and I'd rate Stephen as the second best ever.
