Master Appliance Service

NO stars .Disgraceful business to deal with - fridge needed repairing - serviceman did not complete the job and has left me with a fridge only partially working which now needs replacement. Demanded payment upfront before work completed and refused to complete work. Never had such bad service or attitude.

This is possibly the most pathetic organisation I have ever dealt with - they took 4 visits to repair the problem with an oven, they never sought approval from me to undertake the repairs or buy replacement parts (which they mark up from manufacturer 200%, and charge freight!), ended up not being cost effective to repair the oven - but they did it anyway. Then had the audacity to chase me incessantly and rudely to pay their third bill, tried to threaten legal action after less than 2 weeks! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I wish I can give this company no stars. Very rude to deal with and they took forever(5-6 weeks) to respond to our faulty appliance. Once they arrived to rectify the problem , They cancelled the job. This was because I kindly asked for them to be careful not to damage our stone floors and kitchen cabinetry. I even offered to place floor protection on the floors. They refused to rectify my Miele appliance as they wanted me to remove the oven and place it in the garage for them so they can work on it. They left in such a hurry when I said to them that I couldnt remove the oven as I am not experienced to do so and physically injured to lift such an appliance. I thought this would be there job. After all there was two people that attended the property. They said they don't want to damage anything inside the property. STAY AWAY! These guys don't turn up and are very rude when you enquire about the appointment.

Stay away. Just contact whoever the manufacturer is. Technician came out and had no idea how to fix problem, just told me to clean it, which I had told him I had already done !!!! I'm out of pocket and still have a broken dishwasher.

When I rang company to tell them how dissatisfied I was the woman on the other end was ever so rude and wasn't interested. Said they would send someone else out but all charges would be applicable. Just don't care about customers.
