Ruined a dress... Never called even though they promisssed they would. When I came to pick it up for the second time they tried to blame the new stains on me while avoiding eye contact and keeping quiet for the rest of the 'conversation'. I tried to get to the bottom of what happened but got no resolution!!
Appalled!
Damaged an expensive jacket and did not even notify me when they returned it to me. When I discovered the damage, I confirmed with the manufacturer that there was no issue with the care instructions or material and relayed this to them. They proceeded to deny any liability and refuse compensation.
Do not trust these guys with your clothes. They will damage them and on top of this refuse to compensate you when clearly at fault.
