Master Tax Service

These folks dont respond to emails, phone calls and texts. They don't process any of your tax returns, BAS, company taxation at all. Then they just send you a large bill for their "services" and a large tax bill. They don't provide any assistance that is of any value yet still charge an exorbitant fee.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER CONTACTING THEM.

They are incredibly incompetent and unprofessional.

This is the first time I have used them and so far I have been waiting 2 months for my return, after finally getting in contact with them I find out they haven't even posted the return yet!

Shockingly bad. Have had my tax return for three months now. Never return calls. Always telling me the money will be there next week. Never is. Can never speak to anyone (always "sick", with a client ... Or their servers are down apparently. Am now seeking legal advice to try to get my tax return back from them

Very poor customer service always delay to answer phone or return calls, rude people and noy able to deliver on time 6 weeks and still waiting for tax return.
