We built with Masterplan Builders in Surrey Hills (registered Builder on our contract). Our experience was APPALLING. We have been left with an extensive list of defects. Our rectification costs will exceed $200,000 on completion. Rectification work included removing 9 external walls to the first floor, removing and reconstructing the roof, re-rendering due to delamination and the rectification works and the list goes on. Advice - Be sure to research your builder!
