Matee Turkish Grill

We dropped by for an early dinner one Saturday and despite not having a reservation, the staff were most accommodating and seated our party of five at one of the tables at the front of the restaurant.

We'd made a commitment to be quick so that the table would be available for their first booking. Although there was a short wait for our order to be taken, the food did come out quickly. We enjoyed a delicious meal of dips and pide, and in no time were on our way.

All the dishes i've tried at this restaurant are really good. I've had both take away and dine in options and I do think that the dine in experience is better than the take away. For no other reason other than being able to soak up the atmosphere and and enjoy the presentation of food. Take away is good as well so if you live locally and you are sick of Thai takeaway this is a really good option.

Love this place. From the front it kinda looks like a take away which it is also but they have a room out the back which is great. feels pretty authentic. I had the Banquet and there was so much food. I have added some pics for you to have a look at.

The Staff are one of the best things about the place they are so friendly and even gave us some free drinks.
The dips are delish and the Apple tea is to die for. Lovely Hidden Gem!
