Shocking service. Electrical solar installation started giving a Vac fault, which according to a bit of research, is either due to loose connections or the supply wire being too small. The solar panel supplier is willing to honour their warranty and advised me to get the electrical installer to phone them and they would take it from there. Matera Electrical will not even phone the suppliers, saying that even if it is an installation fault there can be something else wrong in the inverter and they don't deal with solar panel inverters. Most unhelpful, now consumer protection have to sort this mess out.
