Had my bike serviced with Maurice. I was extremely disappointed to find that after paying $110.00 for a regular service my bike gears were still not working (which he had told me that he had fixed!). I took my bike back to ask him to fix it and he told me that he would have to charge me another amount ($...) to completely cut off my existing shimano gears and attach another pair of gears to my handle bars. Then he basically gave me an ultimatum ..."leave your bike and i will cut off your existing gears and replace them" (and might i add with cheap no name gears!) or leave without anything done.
