Mathemafix is by far the best resource I have seen for any student preparing for selective or scholarship tests. Peter is also extremely helpful and has an absolutely incredible amount of knowledge regarding selective and scholarship tests and what is required to be successful in these tests. My son has been using Mathemafix for over a year and recently received a scholarship to a top private school in Sydney. I would recommend Mathemafix without hesitation.

Website is packed with tests to do, something which I believe is key to mastering the skill of sitting the test. Test are arranged by the degree of difficulty, so there is always the next challenge for you. Also website logic encourage students to try and figure out correct answer yourself (if you answered incorrectly) rather than just giving you a correct option (whcih incourage nalysing, understanding and learning from your mistakes).

I was referred to Peter and his website by a friend. As a busy medical specialist I did not have enough time to manage the children's learning and did not want protracted tutoring in primary school
However I realised the children were not learning at local primary school quite late in year 6 .This has been the most amazing resource and Peters teaching skills are outstanding. He is very methodical, thorough and clear about how to learn concepts. Despite my daughter not having much input at local public school, she managed to get a place at Sydney girls high school with very limited short time input. We discovered this website a year into the selective test. Best find ever! Comprehensive timeline of what you need to cover, honest and contrustive of guidance from Peter. We didn't send our son to coaching as I knew it will not work for him. With this website, at a fraction of the cost of going to a coaching centre, he can work at his own pace at home.
