Mathews Pizza Inn

Totally unacceptable service. I have been a patron of this establishment on a regular basis for many, many years and with different proprietors . How the current management maintain a viable business is beyond me!!!! It is now two hours since I ordered our pizzas. When I rang initially, the person at the end of the phone was obviously totally "at sea" as to what their menu was & as to what I required. I rang back after 1 1/2 hours - nobody knew where my order was or what time it would be delivered ("maybe it's on the road" I was told!). I have been somewhat dissatisfied with the quality & service for a reasonable time now, but tonight was the sealer.....! Going to try a different pizza place now, and there are plenty of them in Hoppers Crossing/Werribee.

My strong advice....don't use them......!

Wouldn't take my order. I live 3kms away and my order was $25....guess their business must be doing phenomenal if they can turn away paying customers

Theses days it's hard to find a pizza shop that providers the perfect combination of both value for money and quality of product, search no more for I have found the answer!!! There services is fast, fresh and fantastic, well known for there super yummy spaghetti pizza and steaming hot variety of tasty pastas

Hot, fast, fresh and delicious. You won't find a better pizza or pasta anywhere in the western suburbs!
