It was a very bad service I have ever met.
On the 18th of Aug 2016, my son had a parcel arrived and delivered to local exchange which is this newsagency, I then went pick up the parcel with the TNT consignment note and my driver licence showing in the same address.
The lady manager Kelly would not let me pick up the parcel because she said the licence name was not match the parcel's name.
I said "my son is in the school"

Very obnoxious when it comes to customer service, and not a one off experience. Whatever happened to: "The customer is always right"? If a mistake is made by the seller (and they know it), there is no use in trying to make the customer wear it. As millionaire businessman Mark Bouris from the Apprentice on channel 9 stated: "If you make a mistake and the buyer is telling you so, then its best to just cop it on the chin". Have heard by word of mouth from others since my experience that their's too has been very unpleasant as well. Will never be going back there again while the present owners are running it!
