I have been using MATSTEMS for over 10 years now!! He is very friendly and lets you know what he is doing in my computer language. He came out to see me straight away and he had to order a new modem which he installed the very next day first thing in the morning!! I've been visiting MATS Systems since early 2007 for various components over time, and have never been dissapointed. Sure, the prices are no MSY grey import jobs, but there is a reason for that which i'll get to later. I've dealt with a LOT of computer stores over the years and I can say hands down that MATS Systems is by far the best store that I have come across.
They offer great advice and countless options when I am looking for an upgrade or a particular part. The customer service is friendly and always accommodating and their prices are very competitive.
I have and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family in need of computer parts and/or advice.
I have been using Mats Systems for all my computer needs and upgrades for many years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Mats Systems knowledge and service cannot be faulted and they give honest advice. I have bought several systems or upgrades over the years and the computers & laptops are always ready to use, and I have never lost any files etc. from existing computers - he just copies them to the new one, installs any extra items I request and answers any questions I have. Mark has always been friendly to deal with, and I always recommend them to friends and family - who also are happy with his service. I purchase all my virus protection etc through Mats Systems and the prices are definitely cheaper than other stores. I recently also dealt with Shane, who's one of the friendliest assistants I have come across and was really helpful. Thanks guys.....don't know what I'd do without you!
