I purchased a more expensive mattress from another retailer thinking their knowledge was helpful in my decision. Sadly it was not.
I went to Mattress Merchants in Virginia this afternoon and was delighted at the actual knowledge the gentleman had, his helpfulness and suggestion. I went in to Mattress Merchants asking for a particular mattress. The gentleman suggested I try another mattress that he believed was better for me being disabled. I did and it was great. I tried the other mattress I went in asking for and it would have been a big mistake to purchase that one. I retried the suggested mattress, purchased it and it's being delivered today. I cannot thank Mattress Merchants enough for their assistance.
Brought two mattress before Xmas 2014; and we got great service from the director; as a added personal touch the guy even delivered the items on Xmas Eve as we had guests for Xmas night. Been back today to purchase more items. Big companies (i.e Super A Mart across the road) just cannot deliver on this kind of service. Good on the small guys for doing a great job. 5/5.
The price of the mattresses and beds are ok compare to the market, as you get what you pay for.Most of them are cheap imports.
Brought a bed for my daughter, when they did the delivery, we receive no warrenty paper for the mattress. When we ask for it, they said it will be in the mail for us. Two weeks past, nothing come through. We have being trying to contact the company and they keep give different excuses and not providing us with the warrenty paper. Spend your money somewhere else.
