Don't get this guy for the following reasons
1. He starts the work but takes on other jobs resulting in him only being able to complete your job at a day or two a week, stretching it out to months.
2. He buys materials on your time.
3. He puts his hands on your walls.
4. He is extremely messy.
5. He doesn't appreciate that you may have one shot at renovating your home and his lack of pride in his work shows up as a visibly 2nd rate job on your home.
6. He can't work in with other tradies- tilers, painters, etc.
7. He over promised and grossly under delivers.
8. He is extremely expensive.
9. 3 years on from the renno work he did we are still reminded of and angered by the substandard work he did on our place
