Very overpriced, poor customer service, waiting nearly 1 hour to be seen even with having an appointment booked. Staff constantly walking around like they don’t know what they are doing. Dentist was supposed to call me back to inform me what was happening with my tooth and I had to call back four times over two days before they bothered to get back to me. Will not return!

Walked into a very modern, clean and professional dental practice. They were very busy in the reception area which shows that they are a popular surgery. In conversation the staff told me they are extending their practice to add two new surgery rooms. Mawson Lakes Dental do Invisalign which is the new clear braces, whitening, resin and porcelain veneers and fillings, kids dentists, white fillings and implants and they don't do metal or silver fillings :) They also had televisions in their ceiling which helped take my mind off of having my filling done.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
I have a pathological fear of dentists (throwback to my younger days - bad experience), so much so, I lose it when i ring to make the appointment. Yesterday I broke a tooth and wanting to get it fixed rather quickly rang the surgery at 10am. They had an appointment booked for me at 11am the very same day. Walked into a bright modern facility, with friendly, caring and attentive staff. I had a dentist and dental nurse who LISTENED to my concerns and apprehensions and together we worked through them. I have gone from someone who feared the dentist with a passion, to someone who would go back again and again if every experience was like the one i had yesterday. Absolutely fantastic!!! They have hicaps ( automatic health fund claiming facilty) to help speed up the process of payment and claiming. I would definitely recommend them - especially to anyone who has severe anxiety about dental work.
i hadn't been to the dentist for years, so figured it was about time i go because tooth pains.. i decided to go Mawson Lakes Dental as its local and i'm pleased i did. The Front Desk is Professional, the Dentist and helping hand was friendly, they told me what was happening everytime they were to do something, very informative. the hygenest was a nice bloke as well, the people i've come in contact with there are very friendly and professional.
The dental rooms themselves are very new and modern.. they have TV's to watch while you are getting your teeth done, which i was like 'Wow' about because i've never seen that before! hehe...
