The wait time for this place is terrible I won’t be coming back

After long time waiting and all the drama, this medical centre refused to refund Medicare the money although I never got to see the doctor.
Last month, I went there on time for the appointment, after waiting for extra 48 mins, I met the doctor, I told him about the pain on my stomach and I had a standard paper that needs a signature with witness. The doctor said he couldn't do both, he asked me to pick one, see him only or sign the paper only. Then he asked me to wait there for another 15 mins and trying to force a friend with me to be a member of this medical centre as well. I didn't want this drama, and then left. As I didn't see the doctor, didn't ask help from him for the witness either, I asked the clinic if they could cancel the appointment, refund the money they have already charged back to Medicare. Appointments in this medical centre is a farce, no matter how early or timely you arrived, you would be fortunate to see a GP before the half hour of waiting. I was told the GP I specifically booked for decided she's not seeing me and I was not given any warning beforehand about her intentions - her name is RIA LOVELL. Very unprofessional, skip this doctor especially if you're a female consulting alone.

Doctors are thorough admin staff could demonstrate more customer service skills. Wait times vary but can be very long. Wait time for blood tests ENORMOUS!!

Have been a patient here for over 5 years and can honestly say it's the best I've ever been to in my whole 50 years. Fantastic, caring, and wonderful staff who go out of their way to help you. Anyone who isn't happy with the service here is hard to please! You couldn't pay me to go anywhere else.
