Came here to meet a friend and we had two peaks so we sat in the outside seating. They serve high quality coffee drinks and feature their fun homewards such as their signature 'hug mug' which fits perfectly in your hands as you enjoy a thick hot chocolate. You order at the counter and take a number to your table where they will bring out your order. They also serve desserts such as waffles!
I had previously enjoyed this location as it used to have great service however the past 3 or so visits have been very disappointing each time in the afternoon. Weak lukewarm coffee (without a chocolate drizzle even, at a chocolate bar!), poor presentation of their food, lack of communication to the customer and blatant rudeness from staff who can't even muster a smile. Don't bother going there, keep on walking to the next cafe.
A very hustling and bustling casual meeting place, lots of customers arrive just after dinner or when a movie screening has just ended. Serving chocolate drinks in their famous 'hug mug' and also an assortment of desserts, this store is a little slow with service but it is wroth the wait.
