Max Brenner Chocolate Bar

If you want your chocolate fix this is the place to go. This place is always busy and for good reason. They don't have a huge menu of options, but a few of my favs are the chocolate fondu and, of course, the hot chocolate and the cups it's served in. I normally get dragged in here by my other half, but always enjoy it.

My little girl loves going to Max Brenner's. So every now & then I take her after school for a treat. Mid afternoon there wasn't too many people in the place so we were served straight away by a friendly girl. Our chocolate, strawberries & drinks arrived quickly. I love the White Chocolate Chai, for $6, as I always get 2 glasses out of the little pot. My daughter loves the Chocolate Lick, $2.50 and a small bowl of cut strawberries for $3.00, plus a hot choc for $5.50.
I do find Max Brenner's a bit on the expensive side, so I don't go there as often as my daughter would like. But we still love it.

This place is always really busy, but its always worth the wait! Max brenner does so well to bring different, yet simple delights to a cafe menu and allow customers to come back and back again! I myself ordered the banana bread and hot chocolate, both that were delicious and rich in flavours!

I find Max Brenner's overpriced and always packed. I do like their little huggie cups for hot drinks, but find them too busy to be a restful cafe experience. Great hot chocolate tho but only for a rare special occassion for me.

If you love chocolate you must visit Max Brenner! Plenty of delicious chocolatey treats on the menu - they are fairly expensive compared to your average cafe fare, but well worth the money. Be aware that the queues are always long (this does give you lots of time to decide on your order though!)
