Very poor service. Would never return calls, they expected me to put their appointments before my job, would cancel my payment even when i attended my appointments, i had to constantly ring up to fix this, would expect me to call for phone appointments, cancelled my paymet within 40 minutes of missing an appt, didnt even wait for me to call and explain why, which was because i was at work, sometimes wouldn't even call me for appointments, they would just text me. Very rude and don't hel you at all.

Appalling service. Took 4 weeks to complete my resume, when I finally received it it was returned incomplete. Job was well gone by then. Then demanded that I attend a "job action group" at my expense. Never returned any of my phone calls or responded to my emails. I had bad ankle, could not attend, they said they will cut off my payments if I could not provide a medical certificate on demand, during the process this was being investigated despite being aware that the local services are overwhelmed and appointments are difficult to obtain on the day.
