MAX Employment

Don't follow through or call back when they say they will. I was forwarded to Max incorrectly by Centrelink about 12 months ago. They keep saying they are going to look into it and fix it but yesterday I got another appointment request.

useless !!, Won't return phone calls !!. If you dont fit in a box that has to be ticked, the onus comes back to you !!. How do these women justify their jobs ??.

We were referred to MAX Employment as a Disability Employment Services provider. What a joke! We found them unprofessional in their approach, apathetic and disorganized. The person my son was assigned to didn't turn up for appointments, didn't bother to apologize, arranged for other professionals to be consulted, then didn't follow through on these consults either. This person did nothing to assist my son in finding work; instead, This person undermined his confidence by berating him. I am disgusted and appalled by the quality of the service provided.

Pathetic service.. I'm not being sent appointment letters and they are not returning calls. The management is so unprofessional.

Really frustrated at the lack of urgency to return my phone calls and emails,i would like to know how my application to a vacancie was progressing,but all i get told is the staff i want to talk to is getting coffee across the road or just stepped out or in a meeting or taking someone to have an interview,gee i wish i got that service,i would say now my chances for the job i have applied for has now diminished.
