I am happy with the service I got here. It's a nice big and bright showroom and I saw lots of carpets.
I took a booklet home and chose one and had it made into a rug.
Quite pricey form delivery so my brother collected it for me, and he got a bottle of wine !

The wonderful showroom staff with a wealth of product, design and industry knowledge, the experienced and informative estimator whose job it is to measure, draw and quote, but who ended up overseeing an abundance of levelling, flooring and building issues, then having to come back and forth checking these problems had been put right, so the carpet layers could come and get on with installing the carpet. We realise these issues werent in your brief or your responsibility and probably cost you time and money, but we cant express enough our appreciation of your attention to detail.

We are at the end of a $500k renovation. Of all the trades and suppliers we have worked with on our project by far the most difficult to deal with has been Max Lawson Carpets. Never before have i experienced such terrible customer service. We tried to do the right thing by using a local small business. The problems started when we paid a deposit on our carpet only to be told weeks later of a delay in production that pushed back our move back into our house. The installers came over to lay the carpet but didn't have enough to complete the attic. According to the Max Lawson representative who came and measured our house (including our attic) it was our fault so we had to pay for extra carpet and a second installation fee. The floorboards on the second level of our terrace were uneven. After months of dealing with the building industry and other retails we were both surprised and delighted with the courteous and efficient manner that our carpet installation was done.
