Maxcelle Hall At Mill Street

Very disapointed. Dropped my dress the 20th of February for alterations. Needed to leave for overseas wedding mid-late June. I called late May to book a time in June to pick up my dress... left a message, .... no answer, I ended up calling 3 times in 3 weeks and left messages to book a time in June. I was very polite and never have been angry or anything. Just wanted to book a time.... Never heard back. Went to the shop which was closed but the neighbouring shops told me they saw the staff in the shop the day before... By then it was June... I left a note on door... and when I called back the lady finally answered. I said I'd pick up my dress the next day unless it had been started.. I went to the shop the next day, she came up from the back store and said:" here, it's all ready".. me thinking it was done asking:"Oh, it's done!"
