I would give negative if possible, I've got my cool room built by them just about a year ago seems all good until there are issues. They do not consult your need or want. They speak in their mechanic term which will leave you confuses. They tend to be annoyed when you ask them for advice, frustrated when you ask for solution. Finally completely ignoring your contacts on either phone calls or email. These mob are pathetic, I highly suggest DO NOT USE. I'm going to take this matter up with Accc
Not happy with the service at all!!
They came to fix the same fridge twice. The first time they replaced the valve and added some gas. It was working for a couple weeks...
The second time they added more gas, again it was working for a couple more weeks...
When I called them again they said that I need to change the whole cooling system.
So I got somebody else to check it again just to make sure and there was a leak. He fixed it and it works just like new.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
