I had my car washed at the automatic wash bay at this business. After the car dried, I noticed all the dried wax streaks that were left on my vehicle so at the next opportunity I went back to the car wash and let them know about the issue, the attendant checked the streaks and then offered a free wash (I did offer to pay, but he insisted), at the end of the wash I was approached by another carwash attendant, this man was older, looked very unkept and when he leaned into my car he smelled of alcohol, he spoke to me in a very intimidatory manner and tended to imply that I should be careful about complaining or coming back again.
I really think that this is the worst way to run any business and this is the last person I would like to be operating or representing my business.
This is this is the most uncared for disgusting business in the area. The wash bays are filthy, the drains clogged, the car park where you dry your car is a pig sty. The staff and owners obviously have no pride in themselves or the business. The control panels at the wash bays are almost unreadable. Yes, you can wash your car there, but this business ipotimises how lazy and out of touch people can be in providing customer service. To the owners, bow your head in shame.
This place is amazing! I come here every fortnight. The guys who run it are so genuine and nice! When I just want to chill or have the little one in the car they love helping u before u use the drive in wash! I never go anywhere else ! If u know what ur doing like I think I do haha u can wash it for $8 with a wax doing it ur self! Best destress private time thing to do! My car looks great, but NOT because of Maxi-Shine!!
Planned my sunny Sat morning to go there, escape the family and wash and detail my car started washing, feeding the meter $1 = ~1m 10sec, (but don't count the 10 secs thats spent waiting for the water to come through). Was doing the foam brush, money ran out, but I had lots of foam on the car and so kept brushing the few bits I had left at most another 90sec, probably not even that. Up comes the operator, I shall just call the operator 'Mister Cranky-Pants' (MCP), and tells me off for brushing without money in their meter and I should clear the bay if I don't put money in seriously! I was happily feeding MCP's meter and about to put more! Such disrespect for the customer, I was really annoyed, I put more money in to rinse off the car and left, went home and finished by hand, outside and inside looks GREAT!! ...read more
