I used Max NRG - Sam was my trainer - for 7 months. I was allergic to exercise and Sam cured my allergy! He was funny and made our sessions relaxed and enjoyable, always pushing me, but never too much, only to what he knew I could do. He changed the exercises regularly, so I never got bored and was able to exercise my whole body. Sam has given me motivation to continue exercise, something which I had never had before in my life, and I have only had to stop seeing him due to a change in personal circumstances and I would recommend him as highly as I can to anyone I can.
MaxNRG Personal Training is really great. I was skinny but too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. I had Russell Laurie as my personal trainer and now I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I am happy and now more confident with myself. I definitely recommend Russell and MaxNRG to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

So far this past year Ive spent time training with both David and Russell at MaxNRG Personal Training and the standard of service they provide really stands out from the crowd. Working out with them is great fun and being able to have a laugh while I exercise has been a huge factor in maintaining my motivation and commitment. I was very nervous to take the first step in starting personal training, but the guys at MaxNRG Personal Training were very professional and comforting which eased my mind and got me excited to start. Ive been training with Russell now for a couple of months and not only does he know what he is talking about he make my sessions enjoyable so I never get bored.
