I was renting with Max-pro real estate for 1 year and 8 months, The house was not fitted with "smoke alarm" The kitchen sink tap was broken and the sink area was was nasty for 1 year and 8 months. They have done nothing for my full term there. Finally bond cleaning they didn't give me any list of cleaning required areas, but they charged me couple of 100 $. The communication with them are are very poor they will get back to you probably after 2 or 3 days.
Maxpro leased us a house that was uninhabitable. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards were completely destroyed by water damage and couldn't be used, the back door didn't open and shut and had no lock on it for 5 weeks, there were no smoke detectors, sections of the pool fence were missing, the house was filthy, the kitchen sink was leaking and the backyard was full of rubbish such as old stoves and a bucket of dead birds (that we were told would be removed before we moved in). Note that this was in a very expensive and highly desirable suburb. They were completely unwilling to to negotiate reasonable and timely repairs.
