Dont even bother coming here to buy salvage parts.. rocked up to be told to stay standing in the rain and not come inside because they didnt "want to get the tiles wet for nothing" I told them what I was after to be told again that they didbt want the tiles wet for nothing and flat out refused service to us... if you want to be in the wrecking business, how about some customer service? Especially when there are other options close by who now have our money and return business!!
Hi Matthew, I'm sorry that you felt disappointed however it is definitely not my custom to leave someone standing in the rain. Usually I encourage my customers to drive into the workshop when it is raining. I don't remember the incident but I wouldn't like anyone to be discouraged and thinking that I don't give customer service or really care. Kind regards, Max
