Relaxed service and delicious food are to be expected from Maya. Our wait staff will enthusiastically promote the best from 'their' part of the world! What is unexpected is an authentic Mexican courtyard, discreetly hidden at the back, perfect for enjoying Tequila with a group of friends!
Our Dinner Menu will include many favourites, and with the help of local tortilleria El Cielo, authentic Mexican flavours will be ensured. Try the street snacks, 'Antojitos' for something creative that will compliment your drink, or eat many. That's the idea! Our food is designed to share. However if you feel like going solo, we've got 'the best burritos in town.' Well, please be the judge.
We cater easily to the growing needs of gluten intolerant. Our tortillas for the tacos and set menu are gluten free, made only from corn flour. There are also many options across the well thought out menu. Please ask our waiters who will be more than happy to help.
We have a refined wine list promoting Australian and International varietals. You may also find yourself tempted to sip on one of our many premium Tequilas on its own or with our signature sangrita. Our experienced bar team are always at hand to guide you through the history, production and the mixology of Tequila or they may even surprise you with a cocktail.

great lamb ribs- lots of sticky toffee marinade (extremely chewy and probably not that healthy) but meat was very tender and they were delcious. choc chilli mouse for dessert was very rich, difficult to get through and there was no taste of chilli, served with ice cream
Do not go here!! I never normally write these reviews but I'm so angry at how badly treated we were tonight I had to comment. We went there on a Monday night for my partners birthday. The food took over an hour and a half to come out and some of the orders were wrong. The servings were tiny and were not worth what we paid. When it came to pay the bill the staff didn't cross off items as people paid so ended up over charging us $120 more then it was meant to be. Not only this they made us pay it even though everyone had paid for their meals. The staff was rude and not apologetic at all. We will never go back there it ruined everyone's night!
