Went there to buy a reconditioned fridge that Mrs Mazlin said was a two-year-old fisher & paykel. Picked out another identical model because the first was missing a crisper drawer. It was a big expediton becasue I live on Magnetic Island - had to take my 50cc motor scooter on the car ferry to the mainland. It was a hot day to go around looking at 2nd hand fridges, but mine as on the way out so it had to be done. Very frazzled after a day frying in the sun scootering around Townsville looking at firdges, I turned up at Mazlins & bought this fridge that they told me they were surprised to have becasue it was only two-years-old. The next day thinking that I'd better check they weren't going to give me the one without the cripser drawer I rang to check. Mrs Mazlin said I had bought the one without the cripser. I don't normally write reviews unless a company really screws me. In the 2 times I have used Mazlin Electrical they have been late, did not show up to bookings, did not communicate with me. When they finally did arrive in both occasions they made a ridiculous mess, were rude and acted like it was all too hard, not to mention subpar workmanship. They even inconvenienced me completely for over 2 weeks blaming everyone else and taking responsibility for nothing. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever. In fact if someone was to ask me about an electrician I would say anyone but mazlin all they do is disappoint there customers to the extent that they do.

Mazlin Electrical are great! The first time I needed them, I dealt with a very helpful, polite & professional guy named Tom. He did not leave any stone un- turned, and nothing was to difficult to do. Always kept me updated with what was happening with my airconditioner and parts that were required, and could not apologise enough when there was problems with the part (this was not Mazlin's fault, it was the fault of the part supplier). The second time i required their services, for another air con problem (different aircon to the first), I was contacted by Carl, and within an hour of him contacting me, he was on my doorstep to look at the aircon. Once again, no problem was to big or to small. Very efficient and did everything he could to fix the problem, even waiting around so that he could see the problem actually happen, instead of just guessing what the problem was.
